Associate Compliance-InstaShop

Conduct operational compliance audits across the company’s Operations to ensure adherence to policies, SOPs, and service standards. Monitor compliance for assets, uniforms, safety equipment, mobile applications, attendance, and procedures, and investigate violations with detailed findings and corrective recommendations. Audit vendor operations and manage governance of the vendor penalty process. Produce compliance reports and dashboards while partnering with Operations, Vendor Management, HR, Customer Experience, and Fleet teams to implement corrective action plans.
