  • •Review overnight alerts and system performance metrics, ensuring infrastructure runs smoothly and maintains high SLIs and SLOs.
  • •Analyze system logs and hardware failures, then automate routine processes and proactive remediation to prevent customer impact.
  • •Develop tools that enhance monitoring capabilities and improve detection and diagnosis of issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong understanding of infrastructure design trade-offs and how to operate reliable systems.
  • •Experience writing high-quality code in at least one language (Python, Go, or similar) and working in Unix/Linux environments.
