Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide effective, safe nursing care for a select patient population, under guidance of a preceptor or designated RN.
  • •Identify outcomes for patient care delivery and make/recommend adjustments to meet patient care goals and therapeutic standards.
  • •Perform basic patient assessments to distinguish normal vs. abnormal signs, symptoms, reactions, and behaviors.
  • •Deliver direct and indirect care, including administering medications/therapeutic agents and performing tasks such as skin tests, immunizations, phlebotomy, and peripheral venous access.
  • •Plan, implement, and document care in the electronic medical record; coordinate reporting/referrals and initiate emergency procedures when indicated.

Key Requirements

  • •10 years total work experience and 5–7 years relevant work experience.
  • •1 year of GCC experience (preferred).
  • •Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
  • •Ability to interpret and apply QCHP Nursing/Midwifery competency framework and scope of practice; comply with Joint Commission International and Plan of Care policies.
  • •ERP knowledge with preferably SAP functional skills.
