Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the initiation and execution of global controls solutions supporting MES and manage relationships with business executives and stakeholders.
  • •Manage operations support resources for controls/electrical systems, ensure MES SLAs are met, report operation metrics, and support problem reporting and root-cause analysis.
  • •Manage 5–10 direct reports in the MES team, including goal planning, work assignments and load balancing, 1-on-1s, performance assessments, training and career development, and interviewing/hiring.
  • •Execute Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls for software source code management and MES-ERP exception tracking.
  • •Ensure adherence to safety and environmental procedures and good housekeeping standards while mentoring technical resources and advising on critical design reviews.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 131,200 - 187,000

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years of related work experience, with 2–4 years of lead experience.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field) or equivalent years of work experience.
  • •Strong communication skills to convey technical information to technical and non-technical audiences and build consensus across cross-functional teams.
  • •Expert business analysis skills to translate business strategy and requirements into high-level solution requirements for software/controls solutions.
  • •Technical and leadership expertise across industrial I/O networks and plant-floor systems, including SQL Server and ladder-based PLC programming (Allen-Bradley and Siemens), plus ITIL (ITSM Foundation) knowledge/certification requirements.
