Key Responsibilities

•Partner with the Sales leadership team to set strategy for finding, closing and supporting opportunities in the sales funnel and existing customer base.
•Collaborate across functions to ensure capacity planning and alignment with shared goals for the team.
•Build and roll out programs that enable Presales Engineers to accelerate the sales funnel.
•Attract, develop, and motivate a team of Presales Engineers, providing mentoring and day-to-day guidance.
•Lead the technical strategy and forecast, determine the team’s role in accelerating new sign-ups, and deploy the team effectively using data-driven decisions.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•7+ years of presales experience in SaaS or CPaaS, including a BS in Computer Science or equivalent software engineering experience.
•3+ years of formal people leadership experience with track record of coaching and developing team members.
•Proven ability to drive business results through strategic prioritization, data-driven decisions, and cross-functional influence.
•Proven experience building high-performance teams and leading by example.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence across functions and resolve conflicts.
