Lead and develop global material planning strategy and execution to support production and growth plans. Use advanced analytics to improve planning accuracy and KPIs, and design a material planning tool to translate production needs into actionable plans.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and implement global material strategy aligned to business goals and product lifecycle.
•Lead global material planning across multiple manufacturing sites, translating supply plans into capacity and inventory strategies.
•Collaborate with global supply planning and material sourcing teams to align supplier capacity and mitigate risks, including scenario-based disruption plans.
•Standardize, harmonize, and optimize global material planning processes and systems; introduce automation and digital planning capabilities.
•Use advanced analytics to improve planning accuracy and monitor KPIs such as supplier reliability, lead time variability, and demand/supply alignment.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, operations management, engineering, or a related field; MBA or master’s preferred.
•8+ years of experience in supply chain management with strong capacity and production planning or related work.
•Proven ability to manage global teams across multiple countries.
•Strong leadership and communication skills to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
•Proficiency with supply chain planning software/tools such as SAP, Oracle, and JDA; advanced analytics skills (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau plus).
