Key Responsibilities

•Perform complex cash research and reconciliation adjustments for missing or misapplied mortgage, consumer, auto, and lease payments.
•Balance GL/DDA accounts for all product lines, including reconciliation and clearing outages.
•Process high volumes of daily cash exceptions from wholesale and retail lockbox, Billpayer, ACH, EMPP, and SLK.
•Conduct quality control assessments for offshore staff and recommend procedure updates with required training.
•Handle escalations by processing third-party and Office of the President complaints, resolving adjustment requests, and liaising with other departments on research status.

Key Requirements

•Associate's degree or equivalent combination of training and experience in a related field.
•Minimum 7 years of mortgage banking or customer service experience.
•Knowledge of mortgage, consumer, auto, and lease fundamentals and applying them in a quality control function.
•Knowledge of investor and regulatory guidelines for mortgage, consumer, lease, and card.
•Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access (or equivalent database reporting tools).
