Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, mentor, and grow a team of technical writers, including conducting 1-on-1s and providing actionable feedback.
  • •Define the documentation vision (tools, style guides, and information architecture) and manage priorities to meet release deadlines.
  • •Serve as the primary bridge between Engineering, Product Management, and Support to integrate documentation into the Software Development Life Cycle.
  • •Maintain and improve Docs-as-Code workflows using Git, Markdown, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • •Create and update customer-facing documentation for APIs, SDKs, integrations, and related architectural materials, using formal technical writing and metrics to drive planning and quality.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 149,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
  • •At least 10 years of experience writing technical documentation for software solutions.
  • •At least 4 years of people management experience.
  • •At least 3 years of experience with Markdown and Git.
  • •Experience writing technical documentation for software solutions in an Agile software development process.
