Key Responsibilities

  • •Input accurate vehicle information into AS400 on a handheld device for each vehicle received at the auction.
  • •Affix barcode/stock number stickers, associate tracker devices to work orders, and install/strap trackers as required.
  • •Place work order numbers and routing labels on vehicles, flag “no key” cars, and direct transporters to the proper car drop zone.
  • •Take digital images of vehicles upon receipt and provide the correct sale identification windshield code for check-in/registration.
  • •Follow safety and health procedures and support safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence.

Key Requirements

  • •Basic computer skills and the ability to perform physical duties (standing, bending, climbing, and lifting 1–15 pounds).
