Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide guidance and strategic recommendations to commercial leaders on financial strategies, investments, incentive compensation design, and resource allocation.
  • •Lead deal desk support for strategic opportunities with revenue optimization and profitability analysis.
  • •Build relationships across BD, Sales, Marketing, and Product to align financial planning with commercial objectives.
  • •Support planning and development of team targets and OKRs, and prepare financial analyses and forecasts for stakeholders and executives.
  • •Create dashboards, KPIs, and scorecards to track go-to-market metrics, analyzing results and communicating key insights.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of FP&A experience supporting Business Development, New Venture, and/or Partnership teams.
  • •Experience influencing C-level leadership and working closely with executives such as CFO and CCO/COO/CBO/GM-President.
  • •Ability to set up and provide finance support for partnerships contracts, pricing, planning, forecasting, and reporting.
  • •Operational finance expertise with Sales organizations, including goal/quota setting, ROI establishment/attainment, and incentives.
  • •Strong financial modeling and analytical skills using tools such as Excel and G-Suite.
