Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and own the marketing and growth analytics stack, including data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting cadence
  • •Track and analyze community growth metrics across X, Telegram, Discord, and GitHub
  • •Develop on-chain user behavior analytics covering wallet creation, DEX participation, and token issuance activity
  • •Build campaign attribution models connecting off-chain marketing to on-chain user behavior
  • •Support marketing leadership and BD strategy with regular growth reports and ecosystem metrics, and maintain data documentation

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to present insights to non-technical leadership
