Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive conception through end-of-life ownership for fraud mitigation, including product strategy, planning, issue prioritization, and development-to-deployment lifecycle.
  • •Manage product performance across the lifecycle with KPIs/OKRs tied to conversion lift and approval rate outcomes.
  • •Develop and continuously tune market-specific playbooks (issuer preferences, 3DS exemptions, network token adoption, routing rules, retry windows) across NA, EU, LATAM, APAC, and MENA.
  • •Lead partner relationships and negotiate problem statements and use cases between internal departments and clients to deliver development efforts and integrations.
  • •Own incident runbooks, RCA, and reliability KPIs with on-call partners; author PRDs/sequence diagrams and develop business cases for new recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years in the fraud payments ecosystem (cards, digital wallets, etc.).
  • •4+ years as a product manager leading complex projects and driving product roadmaps.
  • •Experience with card networks (Visa/MC/Amex), network tokens, vault/tokenization, and mobile wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay).
  • •End-to-end payment workflow expertise, including auth/capture/void/refund flows, success/decline codes, and settlement/reconciliation.
  • •Data-driven experimentation/optimization experience, such as designing A/B and multivariate tests for routing, retries, and method selection.
