Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the main point of contact with the client from first engagement through proposal, delivery, and project closeout.
  • •Prepare, send, and defend proposals and presentations, incorporating inputs from architecture, engineering, planning, and budget, and lead client pitches.
  • •Perform internal pre-offer analysis (Go/No go, preparation of PDA and/or J&A) and manage internal approvals.
  • •Manage design and project delivery coordination across involved teams to ensure alignment on scope, timeline, cost, and contractual commitments; identify variances and implement corrective actions.
  • •Control project profitability, monitor and mitigate risks, deviations, and scope changes; manage licensing when applicable.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years of solid experience in a Project Manager role, with experience in office implementation valued.
  • •Experience managing interior design projects with attention to detail and service quality, especially in the office sector.
  • •Professional English level (minimum B2) to lead client meetings; tests will be conducted.
  • •Office 365, MS Project, and AutoCad proficiency; BIM (Revit) is valued.
