Key Responsibilities

•Use advanced paintless dent repair techniques to restore dents on steel and aluminum vehicle panels.
•Perform hail repair and repair creases and body lines, including larger-sized dents.
•Work in Carvana Inspection Centers using state-of-the-art tools as part of the reconditioning process.
•Follow safety procedures and use protective equipment during repairs.
•Be available to work mandatory overtime based on business needs.

•Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license; some positions may require an MVR check.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and use required safety equipment.
