Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead food safety and quality systems across the manufacturing site.
  • •Manage HACCP reviews, food defense programs, and internal audit activities.
  • •Support new product launches, line extensions, and process improvement projects.
  • •Oversee compliance with external certifications and regulatory requirements.
  • •Drive corrective and preventive actions via risk assessment and gap analysis, including customer complaints and documentation control.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or Agriculture.
  • •5+ years of experience in Food Safety or Quality Assurance, ideally in FMCG.
  • •Strong knowledge of food safety systems, food hazards, microbiology, and quality processes.
  • •Experience with GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, and recognized food safety standards.
  • •Lead Auditor certification is a plus.
