Job Summary

Build trusted relationships with individuals and small business clients by uncovering needs through in-person and proactive calling conversations. Meet individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals while helping clients improve their financial wellness. Open consumer and business accounts and lending products, deepen existing relationships with key partners, and support branch operations including teller transactions. Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit requirements, including accurate documentation of client interactions.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide a strong client experience by engaging every client and teammate and recognizing the impact of the role on clients’ day-to-day needs.
•Identify financial wellness opportunities during in-person and phone conversations and deliver effective, customized recommendations.
•Open and manage consumer and business accounts and products (e.g., deposits, home equity, unsecured lending, certificates of deposit).
•Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line of business partners to acquire and deepen client relationships, managing centers of influence.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including documenting client interactions and supporting teller transactions as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma/GED (or equivalent business experience) (required).
•1+ year experience developing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources; sales experience is more important than financial services experience (required).
•Understand consumer credit concepts such as loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports (required).
•Knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking (required).
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) to educate clients (required).
