Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all local accounting activities in line with Czech legal requirements and group standards.
  • •Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and ensure accurate local reporting for management and group finance.
  • •Coordinate tax filings and statutory reporting with external advisors and authorities; maintain fixed assets, inventory records, and financial documentation.
  • •Support financial planning through budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow/likidity tracking, including financial analyses and variance reporting.
  • •Act as a trusted partner for local leadership and People & Culture coordination with the global HR team; coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, payroll providers, banks, and authorities.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.
  • •Several years of experience in accounting or finance, ideally in an international environment.
  • •Strong knowledge of Czech accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory financial statements.
  • •Experience with monthly and annual close processes.
  • •Good understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and cash flow management.
