Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow HRSD solutions from design through deployment and support.
  • •Configure and implement HRSD capabilities including HR Case & Knowledge Management, Employee Center/Employee Center Pro, enterprise onboarding and transitions, lifecycle events, Universal Request, and Virtual Agent.
  • •Design scalable employee journeys and shared-service workflows supporting global operations.
  • •Develop integrations with HRIS, payroll, identity, document management, and enterprise platforms.
  • •Provide technical design guidance, solution governance, best practices, automation and AI-enabled experiences, and support pre-sales and customer workshops.

Key Requirements

  • •Current ServiceNow HRSD certification (CIS-HR or equivalent).
  • •Certified Application Developer (CAD) or equivalent development expertise.
  • •8+ years of enterprise application or HR technology experience.
  • •5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience and 3+ years of ServiceNow HRSD implementation experience.
  • •Proven delivery of multiple enterprise-scale HRSD implementations, including Flow Designer and IntegrationHub, plus experience with integrations and security/access controls.
