Key Responsibilities

•Organize and lead the PMM team to develop and execute growth-focused initiatives for MusesAcademy
•Design and optimize web acquisition funnels, experiments, and measurement frameworks to drive user acquisition and activation
•Conduct market, trend, and competitor research to identify new sub-directions for scaling the business
•Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, analytics, development, product) to ensure seamless user journey from ad click to product usage
•Develop the PMM team through mentoring and structured career development, establishing repeatable processes that deliver consistent results

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in Product Marketing Manager, Product Manager, Growth Manager, or Marketing Manager roles
•Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making
•Strong leadership and people-management skills with a track record of building or growing teams
•Deep understanding of audience psychology and ability to craft effective positioning and messaging
•Experience researching markets, trends, and competitors to identify new growth opportunities
