Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead strategic finance initiatives across the Creator organization, including support for Lightroom Mobile and Photoshop Web & Mobile.
  • •Drive long-range planning and scenario modeling to evaluate growth opportunities, investment strategies, and key business decisions.
  • •Partner with cross-functional leaders to turn insights into action across Finance, Product, Product Marketing, Operations, and Corporate Development.
  • •Develop executive-ready analyses and recommendations translating financial and business data into clear actions, risks, and opportunities.
  • •Champion adoption of AI-enabled finance capabilities to modernize workflows and improve decision-making efficiency.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 131,700 - 256,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, Corporate Development, or related analytical roles.
  • •Strong knowledge of financial planning processes, including forecasting, annual planning, long-range planning, performance analysis, and executive reporting.
  • •Experience using AI to improve workflows, accelerate analysis, and uncover business insights.
  • •Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning skills, with the ability to translate complex analyses into executive recommendations.
  • •Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with TM1, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other analytics tools is a plus.
