Job Summary

Support the Outsourced Chief Investment Officer (OCIO) team by assisting senior staff in managing client investment programs. Review client portfolios daily, identify issues, and prepare materials for client meetings. Help rebalance portfolios through transaction execution and coordinate with partners to process buy/sell activity. Verify data accuracy, prepare client deliverables, and partner with portfolio management and performance teams to evaluate manager/investment changes.

•Partner with portfolio management and manager research on additions, replacements, and removals of managers/investments.
•Verify data accuracy and complete client deliverables on time while maintaining and updating client and process procedures.
