Key Responsibilities

•Polite greet and welcome guests to the Foundation Room, providing venue information and directions.
•Assist with seating, waitlist management, reservation details, and estimating wait times.
•Follow House of Blues safety, health, and sanitation standards and opening/running/closing procedures.
•Ensure responsible alcohol service per local ordinance and HOB alcohol policies, including ID checks and refusing service to intoxicated guests.
•Handle event-related items (tickets, wristbands, box passes, signature sheet) and maintain access/reservation lists while communicating with crew and departments.
