Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead your application with your single most impressive achievement and explain how it would make Adaptyv better.
  • •Clarify how you’d accelerate AI-driven wet lab experimentation and assay development.
  • •Contribute to scaling support for demand in automated, AI-enabled experimentation.
  • •Collaborate on software + hardware systems that control lab instruments and workflows.
  • •Help process and make sense of physical-world lab data to troubleshoot and improve results.

Key Requirements

  • •Provide concrete proof of exceptional ability (e.g., project/repo/product/company or research paper) with a link.
  • •Demonstrate depth in one world-class strength rather than broad, decent work across many areas.
  • •Show builder/researcher/shipping experience (not just observing).
  • •Demonstrate high agency—finding and solving problems without waiting for permission or a spec.
  • •Be AI-native and able to build using coding agents such as Claude Code.
