Key Responsibilities

•Define and lead the global partner strategy, including segment prioritization, ecosystem design, and a long-term growth roadmap.
•Own the end-to-end partner ecosystem P&L contribution, including sourced and influenced revenue, pipeline generation, and partner-led expansion.
•Scale and lead a global organization across partner programs and strategy, experience, incentives, and planning.
•Establish executive-level partner relationships and drive joint business planning, co-innovation, and long-term value creation.
•Evolve the partner program framework and lifecycle processes (recruiting, onboarding, enablement, co-selling, partner management), supported by analytics and operating rigor.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 450,000 - 500,000 annually

Key Requirements

•15+ years of experience in alliances, partnerships, or ecosystem leadership within enterprise technology companies.

•Strong experience influencing executive stakeholders and cross-functional leadership teams, including product and GTM organizations.
•Experience managing multi-layered global teams and senior leaders focused on performance, accountability, and growth.
