Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and develop the station together with central teams and your local team while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • •Implement and further develop standards to optimize processes (e.g., vehicle handovers and returns).
  • •Collaborate with teams in other countries and continuously improve processes.
  • •Lead and support your team through clear communication and an empathic, growth-oriented approach, including recruiting.
  • •Manage the vehicle fleet by monitoring condition and coordinating local service partners; advise customers on products.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed training or degree in a relevant field or comparable qualification.
  • •At least 1–2 years of work experience, ideally in car rental, tourism, or similar fields (career switchers welcome).
  • •Experience in team leadership is a plus; empathic communication and a supportive working environment are important.
  • •Strong service and customer orientation with a friendly, open manner.
  • •Very good German and English skills; valid Class B driver’s license.
