Job Summary

Lead the technical delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects from Bengaluru, coordinating with UK PMs and engineers to meet scope, budget, and schedule while driving digital delivery and innovation. Mentor engineers and technicians, review designs, and ensure quality delivery right first time across pumping stations, networks, reservoirs and treatment works for UK and Indian projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the technical delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects from Bengaluru, ensuring alignment with client scope, budget and timescales.
•Lead day-to-day liaison with UK PMs and engineers to ensure project deliverables meet quality requirements and are design-adequate.
•Drive innovation and digital delivery culture to elevate project execution and collaboration.
•Support the Team Leader with resource and other management duties.
•Support the technical development of Engineers, Technicians and Graduates; carry out checks and reviews to assure quality delivery right first time.

Key Requirements

•M.Tech, Master of Science (MS) or bachelor’s degree (BE) in Civil/ Chemical/ Environmental Engineering. Master’s degree preferred.
•12 to 15 years’ experience preferably based on delivering projects to the UK Water Industry.
•Professional accreditation from ICE or CIWEM.
•Experience working on planning and design of water and wastewater treatment plants projects is a plus.
•Clear understanding of water and wastewater infrastructure design concepts, treatment process and related hydraulics; strong ability to review CAD/BIM drawings on AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit and Plant 3D.
