Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end design and delivery of enterprise Anaplan capabilities across Staff Planning, Forecasting, CCAR, Income Statement planning, cost center planning, and scenario modeling.
  • •Design scalable multi-model architectures using Data Hub, ALM, controlled data flows, modular components, and reusable planning capabilities.
  • •Lead production support, incident management, release governance, access controls, and operational risk management for planning platforms.
  • •Manage enterprise data integrations using APIs, SQL, validation/reconciliation routines, and error-handling processes to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
  • •Build and mentor a delivery team; establish backlog/sprint execution, quality reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement practices.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in enterprise planning, financial systems/EPM platforms, FP&A technology, or related finance technology domains.
  • •8+ years of hands-on Anaplan implementation, model building, and solution architecture experience.
  • •Proven experience leading enterprise-scale planning implementations from concept through production deployment.
  • •Strong functional knowledge of FP&A, forecasting, budgeting, workforce planning, scenario modeling, and financial data management.
  • •Anaplan Certified Solution Architect or Master Anaplanner credentials preferred.
