Technical Project/Program Management Director - Advanced Packaging

Lead advanced packaging technical programs from conception through implementation, including interconnect scaling initiatives. Own program scope, objectives, long-range schedules, and resource allocation to achieve on-time, within-budget milestones. Coordinate multifunctional teams and senior leadership across internal and external stakeholders, providing status updates and decision support for releases and customer engagements. Drive readiness through technical/program review forums and solve complex cross-functional integration and system-level performance challenges.
