Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify availability of components for the computer and install parts according to build instructions.
  • •Troubleshoot systems (e.g., reseating essential components) and notify the repair team if a system fails.
  • •Recognize, identify, and load parts and chassis into the tote for assembly.
  • •For product returns, perform basic tests and determine whether systems are repairable or need teardown.
  • •Prepare systems for final packaging by scanning/de-stacking, plugging in for software download/burn, applying labels, and performing final inspection and test per customer specifications.
