Key Responsibilities

•Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards, completing work efficiently and accurately.
•Stay current on the latest diagnostic methods, service techniques, bulletins, service manuals, and other service publications.
•Follow factory and dealership repair procedures when performing warranty work and participate in warranty-related documentation.
•Participate in service technician training programs, in-dealership service training activities, and manufacturer-sponsored service trainings.
•Record cause of failure and work performed on repair orders, request parts as necessary, communicate with service leaders, and follow company safety procedures.

Key Requirements

•2+ years experience as a dealership certified automotive technician (premium/luxury manufacturer experience required).

•High school diploma or equivalent, with technical aptitude displayed by ASE certification or successful completion of a pre-employment test; mechanical vocational trade school graduation or equivalent experience preferred.
