Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, maintain, and implement data privacy governance and privacy management systems in line with applicable laws, the Allianz Privacy Standard (APS), and Binding Corporate Rules (BCRs).
  • •Provide data privacy advice and review relevant supplier/customer contracts.
  • •Perform and support privacy assessments (Privacy Impact Assessments) and conduct privacy controls (onsite and offsite), including vendor assessments focused on compliance and technical/organizational measures (TOMs).
  • •Consult on personal data incidents, including advising on data breach notifications, resolutions, and remedial actions where appropriate.
  • •Handle data subject inquiries (e.g., withdrawal of consent, right to be forgotten) and support training and awareness programs, including maintaining the Record of Processing Activities in OneTrust and producing privacy reports for management.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong academic background with a master/university diploma or degree in economics, legal, or similar disciplines.
  • •Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role (data privacy, risk management, internal control, or compliance).
  • •Solid understanding of GDPR and security systems requirements (e.g., ISO) and complex regulatory frameworks.
  • •Proficiency with OneTrust Tool, including implementing new modules.
  • •Excellent English communication, with German and/or French verbal and written proficiency.
