Key Responsibilities

  • •Apply Safety & Health standards, identify risks in the working area, and support zero-harm outcomes.
  • •Devise and coordinate process trials to establish operating parameters for granulation, screening, drying, and coating.
  • •Define sampling regimes and QA/QC expectations, and ensure accurate, timeous data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • •Provide technical problem-solving and act as a technical liaison with third-party manufacturers and technical consultants.
  • •Support continuous improvement for Plant Operations by suggesting and implementing solutions that increase plant performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Mineral Engineering, Chemical & Process Engineering.
  • •Experience in a mineral processing plant or an R&D/operational environment (including consultancy or R&D).
  • •Knowledge of experimental design (DoE) and process data analysis.
  • •Understanding of mass and energy balances and pilot plant operations, including scale-up from pilot to commercial.
  • •Experience with equipment commissioning, process control, and statistical analysis.
