Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive sales by hitting individual sales and store targets and executing managers’ sales strategies and action plans.
  • •Maintain high service standards by providing product knowledge and excellent guest service, collecting customer registration cards, and supporting complaint handling.
  • •Upkeep best retail standards by performing store opening/closing procedures, maintaining stock/fixtures, and implementing visual merchandising.
  • •Ensure inventory integrity by conducting stock counts, resolving discrepancies within 48 hours, and coordinating merchandise receiving and price tagging.
  • •Complete reporting by updating customer databases, maintaining stock control documentation, and supporting collated sales, inventory, and logistics reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 1 year experience in fashion or luxury brands retail sales.
  • •Proven sales achievement in fashion or luxury brands market.
  • •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • •Fluency in English & Bahasa.
  • •Good PC skills such as MS Office and basic understanding of retail POS system.
