Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, process coordination, and offer negotiation.
  • •Support hiring needs across Business / Commercial business units.
  • •Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide market insights and recruitment advice.
  • •Deliver an excellent candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding.
  • •Drive hiring process improvements, maintain recruitment data/documentation, and build talent pipelines using market mapping, networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.

Key Requirements

  • •3–6+ years of recruitment experience, ideally from top-tier Internet, Fintech, Financial Services, Web2 companies, or leading recruitment agencies.
  • •Proven experience hiring for Business / Commercial functions.
  • •Strong background recruiting in Fintech, Financial Services, or Web2 industries (Web3/Crypto hiring is a plus).
  • •Fluency in English to collaborate with overseas stakeholders and partners.
  • •Strong sourcing and candidate assessment knowledge, including market mapping and the ability to deliver against ambitious hiring targets.
