Talent Acquisition Specialist (12-months contract)

Own full-cycle recruiting for Business/Commercial teams, from sourcing and screening through interviews, process coordination, and offer negotiation. Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand hiring needs, provide market insights, and deliver a strong candidate experience from outreach to onboarding. Build talent pipelines using market mapping, networking, referrals, and proactive outreach, while improving hiring processes and maintaining accurate recruitment data.
