Lead cross-functional teams to deliver next-generation technologies for an emerging product category, taking concepts through to launch. Own project progress in a fast-paced, technical environment by managing risks, actions, and issues, and resolving conflicts. Oversee resource planning, cost control, and adherence to engineering processes, while coordinating mechanical, electronics, sensors, and software integration across procurement, manufacturing, and commercial teams.
