Job Summary

Manage monthly finance closing activities and ensure accurate sales, expense, and cost allocation postings in SAP FI/CO. Lead detailed P&L and cost variance analysis against targets and prior periods, using large datasets and advanced Excel reporting to provide actionable insights. Partner with Sales and Marketing to review marketing investment, analyze cost drivers, and support forecasting. Coordinate with FI posting teams to validate SAP CO cost allocation configuration and resolve issues ahead of deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage monthly financial closing in SAP, including sales/expense postings, cost allocations, and reconciliations while coordinating with relevant teams.
•Perform detailed monthly P&L and cost analysis, identifying variances vs target plan and prior month actuals, and support forecasting adjustments.
•Conduct in-depth business and financial analysis using Excel and SAP data to build structured management reports.
•Investigate root causes of cost increases or profitability decreases using advanced Excel techniques after closing.
•Monitor and validate SAP FI/CO cost allocation and configuration with the FI posting team, making necessary adjustments when required.

Key Requirements

•At least 8–10 years of relevant experience in Finance Controlling, Business Analysis, or Accounting.
•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
•Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO, including FI posting, cost allocation, and system logic.
•Ability to manage monthly finance closing activities with accuracy and timelines.
•Advanced Excel skills to analyze large datasets and produce P&L/cost reports (e.g., pivot tables, advanced formulas such as SUMIFS/INDEX; VBA/macro is a plus).
