Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

  • •Own a book of enterprise accounts end to end, including onboarding, adoption, renewal assistance, and expansion as the primary technical and strategic contact.
  • •Run customer calls regularly—implementation kickoffs, working sessions, QBRs, and escalations—acting as a customer-facing technical partner rather than a ticket queue owner.
  • •Serve as the product SME: answer product questions in real time and debug alongside customers when something isn’t working.
  • •Handle hands-on technical implementation, including reviewing OAS files, troubleshooting custom JS/CSS and auth setups, and syncing via the ReadMe CLI/API.
  • •Identify expansion opportunities, advocate for customers internally by surfacing health risks early, and provide structured product and bug feedback to Product and Engineering.

Key Requirements

  • •Technical enough to read an OpenAPI spec, debug customer HTML/CSS/JS, and understand SSO and auth flows.
  • •Comfortable using Git and a CLI, and able to review and troubleshoot implementation details end to end.
  • •Strong communication and organization skills to run customer calls and manage multiple projects at once.
  • •Experience drafting prompts/workflows or using AI as a working tool to automate repetitive tasks and improve outcomes.
  • •Ability to debug most technical questions independently and know when to pull in Engineering or Solutions Architects.
