Production Supervisor

Supervise associates in the Service Bureau production department, ensuring equipment functionality, maintenance/repairs, and safe, well-kept work areas. Coordinate workflow, inventory accuracy, and ERP updates to enter and release inventory items, resolve discrepancies, and run cycle counts. Oversee shipment completion and quality issue communication for printing, laminating, and shipping errors while recruiting, training, and performance-reviewing department staff.
