Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise Service Bureau associates and Lead(s), including recruiting, training, supervision, development, and performance reviews.
  • •Ensure all Service Bureau equipment is functional and coordinate maintenance/repairs.
  • •Maintain accurate inventory by using ERP system programs to enter and release inventory items and maintain warehouse/workflow records.
  • •Resolve inventory discrepancies by researching inventory problems and determining actions to prevent recurrence.
  • •Coordinate production workflow and shipments, including verifying shipments leaving the facility and communicating printing/laminating/shipping quality issues.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
  • •Five years of related experience in the production/printing industry.
  • •At least 5 years of previous supervisory experience.
  • •Intermediate PC skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook.
  • •Previous experience in an ERP software system.
