  • •Understand, document, and analyze current-state capabilities regarding one or more risk methods.
  • •Use industry benchmarking to identify best practices and lessons learned for risk framework components.
  • •Write and revise policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines; develop processes, tools, templates, and job aides.
  • •Write, contribute to, edit, and deliver presentations that support the design, development, refinement, and usage of risk methods.
  • •Collaborate across multiple organizations (e.g., Operational Risk, Enterprise Risk, Compliance, IT, Internal Audit, Regulator Relations) to achieve objectives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 161,500 - 184,300 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
  • •At least 3 years of Financial Services Risk Management experience.
  • •At least 5 years of Project Management experience.
  • •At least 7 years of experience supporting, partnering and interacting with internal business clients.
  • •PMP Certification or Masters Certificate of Project Management (CPM).
