Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and monitor transactions to ensure compliance with U.S. export regulations (EAR) and Singapore export controls.
  • •Identify licensing requirements and compliance risks, and support export licensing documentation and records.
  • •Assist with export license applications and product classifications while maintaining accurate compliance records in internal systems (e.g., SAP GTS).
  • •Coordinate logistics operations to support smooth shipment execution and ensure shipments meet regulatory and delivery requirements.
  • •Support audits and internal reviews, contribute to process improvements, and analyze trade data to prepare reports for stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in international business, supply chain management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •2+ years of experience in export compliance, global trade operations, or freight forwarding/logistics for international shipments or transactions.
  • •Strong knowledge of U.S. export regulations (EAR) and Singapore export controls.
  • •Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting, plus PowerPoint for presentations.
  • •Experience with export compliance systems/ERP tools (e.g., SAP GTS) and screening tools (plus Power BI/Tableau preferred).
