Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with customers to understand business priorities, requirements, and expectations.
  • •Translate customer needs into Atos portfolio solutions and develop end-to-end solution proposals across business, technology, services, resources, timelines, and costs.
  • •Lead multidisciplinary bid solution teams, including stakeholder mapping, due diligence, validation, and solution accuracy.
  • •Develop solution cost models, define and validate assumptions, and challenge delivery costs to find innovation and optimization opportunities.
  • •Identify and manage risks, drive bid closure, and ensure smooth handover to operational authority or sponsor; support implementation with T&T and Global Program Management.

  • •Strong experience in Digital Applications and Platforms, Data & AI, Cloud Transformation, and Multi/Hybrid Cloud environments.
  • •Proven management and leadership experience, preferably in a large international organization.
  • •Strong technology-ecosystem understanding across multiple business and technology domains.
  • •Experience leading end-to-end solution proposals for customer opportunities valued at €30M+; willingness to travel when required; Dutch C1 preferred.
