Job Summary

Build and deliver agentic AI solutions for enterprise customers as a strategic, customer-facing advisor. You will lead full lifecycle engagements (identify through consume), define AI strategy and roadmaps, run design workshops and analysis, architect solutions across Salesforce’s agentic AI platform and Data Cloud, and manage delivery timelines, risks, and stakeholder updates. Own adoption and expansion metrics, coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers, and translate field learnings into product feedback.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end customer engagement across the value lifecycle (Identify → Commit → Deploy → Consume) and own outcomes.
•Define customers’ agentic AI strategy and roadmap; facilitate design workshops and architect solutions across Salesforce agentic AI platform, Data Cloud, and enterprise systems.
•Manage engagement delivery timelines, stakeholder communication, risk escalation, and progress reporting.
•Own adoption, consumption, and expansion metrics; identify blockers early and develop value realization strategies.
•Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to align strategy with technical execution and coordinate delivery milestones.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•4+ years experience in strategic solutioning, technical advisory, or delivery leadership/programme management for enterprise cloud or SaaS technology.
•Degree in Computer Science or related field.
•Prior customer-facing delivery experience in consulting, professional services, or technical advisory.
•Demonstrated understanding of the Salesforce platform and ecosystem, including Agentic AI capabilities and Data Cloud.
•Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex, plus experience leading AI/LLM solution design with responsible AI practices.
