Key Responsibilities

  • •Support injured workers through their recovery journey and deliver positive outcomes and exceptional customer experiences.
  • •Support the business and customers to achieve cost-effective outcomes within legislation, including managing return to work barriers.
  • •Make key liability decisions, gather information, investigate, and assess reasonable and necessary treatment and rehabilitation requirements.
  • •Ensure case management actions are completed on time and with quality, taking responsibility for prompt resolution of enquiries.
  • •Develop trusted relationships with supported customers and maintain effective stakeholder relationships to drive successful outcomes.
