Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the product roadmap for TRM's compliance and AML suite, serving banks and financial services firms at scale.
  • •Lead end-to-end product cycles from discovery to launch, including writing specs, coordinating with design and engineering, and driving adoption.
  • •Ship AI-powered features and workflows; operate in an AI-native workflow to deliver tangible outcomes.
  • •Engage directly with customers during demos, scoping calls, and post-launch feedback to shape the roadmap.
  • •Collaborate with Sales, CS, Marketing, and Engineering to ensure products are closeable, trial-ready, and expansion-friendly.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of PM experience at a B2B SaaS company.
  • •Led at least two complete product cycles from spec to launch in complex enterprise domains: security, fintech, intelligence, defense, or equivalent.
  • •Experience building or shipping AI-powered products or workflows; already living in an AI-native workflow.
  • •Demonstrated ability to ship in days; can walk through a real example.
  • •Customer-facing ownership with direct impact on ARR and expansion.
