Key Responsibilities

•Lead and support a team of engineers with coaching, feedback, and day-to-day guidance while fostering engineering culture.
•Design, develop, and deliver high-quality applications and APIs, staying hands-on with architecture and coding where needed.
•Drive technical discussions and provide leadership on architecture, scalability, quality, and engineering best practices.
•Remove delivery blockers and coordinate with cross-functional partners to ensure reliable, sustainable execution.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
•5+ years of software engineering experience, including leading technical direction and delivering production systems.
•Experience leading engineers through coaching, mentoring, and performance conversations (people management experience preferred).
•Strong technical credibility, including contributing code, reviewing designs, and guiding implementation details.
•Experience balancing people leadership, technical decision-making, and delivery management in a modern software engineering environment.
