Job Summary

As a Junior Solution Architect, you will collaborate with customers to understand challenges and map them to Red Hat technologies. You’ll participate in the 12-month FASTER onboarding program to gain hands-on experience with Cloud, Automation and AI, shadow senior architects, and develop skills to translate customer needs into enterprise Open Source solutions, supporting sales and increasing the technical win rate.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist senior Solution Architects in delivering value to customers through demonstrations, workshops, and pilot projects.
•Engage with customers to understand technical challenges and map them to Red Hat product and service solutions.
•Participate in the FASTER onboarding program to acquire deep technical knowledge and industry insights.
•Shadow experienced architects to learn processes and tools used in enterprise‑level solution architecture.
•Contribute to customer interactions, job shadowing, and real‑world experiences to grow skills and career at Red Hat.

Key Requirements

•Strong interest in open source technology and a desire to build a career in tech, with foundational knowledge in computer science, IT, AI or related fields.
•Demonstrated experience applying technical, analytical, and problem‑solving skills in an Enterprise IT-related project or equivalent.
•Motivation to engage in self-directed learning on new technologies and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
•Direct experience or familiarity with Red Hat products (e.g., Red Hat Enterprise Linux, OpenShift, Ansible Platform, AI platform) is a plus.
•Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and collaborate with internal teams and customers.
