Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute end-user onboarding and offboarding including account provisioning/de-provisioning, device setup, access management, and license assignment.
  • •Manage user lifecycle across AD, Azure AD, and Google Workspace, ensuring timely access changes per HR triggers.
  • •Track, manage, and update IT service requests in Jira, including ticket creation, assignment, status updates, sprint tracking, and closure within SLAs.
  • •Support IT infrastructure service requests, including backup of systems and network devices.
  • •Provide L2/L3 troubleshooting and administration for enterprise environments including Active Directory/GPOs, networking fundamentals, and Citrix XenDesktop 7/VDI.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience providing L2/L3 support in an enterprise IT environment, including Windows and Citrix systems.
  • •Hands-on experience managing Active Directory, user/group administration, and GPO-driven policies.
  • •Strong networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs, plus experience with LAN/WAN routing and firewall concepts.
  • •Experience with virtualization and related infrastructure (e.g., VMware) and backup of systems and network devices.
  • •Proven familiarity with Citrix XenDesktop 7 and hosted shared desktops/VDI support.
