•Provide product knowledge for building materials including drywall, insulation, metal studs, ceiling systems, stucco, and related accessories.
•Take customer orders at the sales counter and over the phone.
•Enter orders using the company computer system and complete sales orders and cash sales.
•Assist customers with purchases by applying product knowledge.
•Partner with Outside Sales Reps and Sales Managers to develop strategic approaches and overcome objections.
