Job Summary

Lead Pizza Hut’s Food Safety & Quality Assurance strategy across the UK/Ireland and EU. Own FSQA governance, develop and continuously improve the Food Safety Management System (FSMS), and drive a proactive food safety culture. Provide strategic oversight of supplier and restaurant food safety programs, manage audits and corrective actions, and ensure regulatory compliance. Serve as the regional subject matter expert, leading crisis management and stakeholder partnerships while building team capability.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the FSQA strategy for the UK, Ireland, and EU, aligned to global vision and business objectives.
•Provide leadership for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the FSMS, policies, standards, and governance processes.
•Provide strategic oversight of supplier quality systems, including audits, supplier approval/performance management, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.
•Establish and maintain product quality standards across the product lifecycle, including specifications, ingredient management, quality audits, evaluations, and complaint investigations.
•Lead regional crisis management and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and Pizza Hut global standards across assigned markets.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or a related field.
•7–10+ years of Food Safety & Quality experience.
•Deep expertise in Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS), HACCP, and GFSI-recognized standards.
•Experience leading supplier quality assurance, audits, corrective action programs, and regulatory inspection outcomes.
•Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement in complex, geographically diverse environments.
