Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and maintain high-throughput, low-latency RESTful APIs and core backend microservices.
  • •Own end-to-end delivery for the core payout platform, ensuring SLA compliance, security, high availability, and 24/7 reliability.
  • •Enforce engineering excellence through clean code standards, automated testing (TDD), thorough documentation, and rigorous code reviews.
  • •Mentor and grow a team of software engineers, fostering continuous learning and accountability.
  • •Collaborate globally with product management and cross-functional engineering to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps and support CI/CD automation and zero-downtime deployments.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • •Experience mentoring or leading an engineering team in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Strong hands-on proficiency in Golang for scalable backend systems and web services.
  • •Deep understanding of relational databases, query optimization, and schema design (preferably PostgreSQL).
  • •Demonstrable experience designing, building, and securing high-volume REST/JSON APIs and familiarity with AWS and Kubernetes (EKS).
